DOOWEET :
A DIGITAL PRESENCE IN CHINA

In a country where neither Facebook, Twitter, Instagram nor Google or Whatsapp are part of the landscape, censored by a digital wall, it was necessary to develop other networks, specific to China.

Our indispensable Western applications and platforms have therefore found their equivalent to punctuate the daily lives of Chinese Internet users. Twitter has become Weibo, Whatsapp became WeChat and Tik Tok has its own Chinese network: Tik Tok China.

While just a few years ago, China was far from being considered as a leader in terms of music streaming, new networks such as Tencent Music Entertainment or, more recently, Netease Cloud Music (the Chinese SoundCloud) have managed to give music a significant place on the Internet. With 800 million monthly users, Tencent is today the largest online music platform and has decided to acquire Lazy Audio for an even further expand. Faced with this giant, Netease Cloud, in partnership with Alibaba, promises, on the other hand, to be a tool designed to highlight new independent artists.

Dooweet has always been willing to explore new musical markets. In light of this craze for streaming on Chinese social networks, our office has decided to opt for a 100% digital presence in that specific country. The idea is to work locally, with music professionals, having the necessary Chinese codes for our agency to enjoy a successful digital presence on their networks.

Today, we can proudly announce that Dooweet is the first press relations and marketing agency, specialized in music, to establish a complete digital presence in China.

This would allow us to export our artists on the Asian continent and to give them visibility in a country where all communication necessarily goes through social networks. This decision was taken regarding the costs of advertising in traditional media facing the high number of inhabitants.

YOU ARE NOW WARNED, SO BE PREPARED!
DOOWEET IS ROCKING ON THE CHINESE NETWORKS!
